HEROFUNDING.eu provides a new way for both small and large investors to directly invest in promising game projects being developed on the HeroEngine platform.
Specifcially, HEROFUNDING.eu provides a potential connection between European investors interested in participating in the rapidly growing on-line games market, and European game developers using HeroEngine; enabling ‘the crowd’ to invest in game projects in exchange for an equity or ownership stake in the project,
Investments can be as little as EUR 20 for each investment unit, to as much as EUR 2,500,000. Current regulatory limitations are that both the investor and the game developer must be EU domiciled or an EU chartered entity. HEROFUNDING.eu uses a plug and play, white label crowd funding solution for video games developed by Gambitious.
